Process Engineer/Production Manager

We are looking for a Process Engineer/Production Manager to help us reach our goals for growth as we move into 2020 and beyond. Job Description:

• Manage production and inventory for all products constructed or assembled in the warehouse

• Design and implement advanced quality control programs for all products constructed or assembled in the warehouse

• Document processes on how to build and package assemblies and operate warehouse functions in our Enterprise Resource Planning system (i.e. Netsuite)

• Identify and implement improvements to existing and future processes

• Manage hourly assembly workers and help balance the workload for the assembly of kits, outriggers, latches and other new products.

• Lead production for 3D printed components, including forecasting demand, initiating prints, and performing basic maintenance on the printers. Coordinate with Design Engineering on product changes.

• Assist Warehouse Manager in warehouse upkeep and improvements, including but not limited to cleanliness, trash management, compressed air system, salt spray machines, water purification system, and electrical system

• Improve and enforce safety within the warehouse. Suggest improvements and implement them to ensure a safe work environment for all.

Process Engineer/Production Manager Job Requirements:

• Very friendly, outgoing, reliable, pro-active, courteous, and dedicated to customer service

• Prior experience working in a production environment with 3+ years of management. 5-10 years of management experience strongly preferred.

• Experience and/or certification in Lean Analytics programs such as ISO, Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, etc.

• Attention to detail, very organized, and a proven leader

• Technical understanding of manufacturing techniques and experience that includes CNC and additive manufacturing is preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude capable of designing and manufacturing special tools

• High School Diploma required; College degree in Engineering, Business, or Management Preferred.

• Able to work in teams and build relationships across the organization

• Shows excellent communication skills (Phone, e-mails, etc.)

• Proficient computer skills, organizational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Word. Experience with CAD, 3D Printing, technical drawings preferred.

• Prior experience working with Netsuite desired but not essential

• Knowledge on-ear, eye, respiratory, chemical and fall protection

• Fishing and Boating knowledge is preferred

• Safety certification and an excellent track record

Inside Sales Account Manager


We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to help us reach our goals for growth as we move into 2020 and beyond. Job Description:

• Cultivate relationships with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth

• Grow existing product offerings with key accounts while introducing new product opportunities.

• Ensure the highest level of customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving sales goals

• Proactively engage customers to gauge feedback and better ascertain their needs

• Be able to resolve product or service issues by clarifying the problem; Determine the cause of the problem, offer the best solution to resolve the issue, and follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied with the resolution.

• Manage a large number of inbound calls and e-mails relating to

• Product inquiries

• Hardware solutions

• Purchase orders

• Work in conjunction with outside sales team to increase business while providing assistance to them while on the road meeting with customers

• Responsible for inventory management and allocation

• Work closely with the shipping department to ensure orders are prioritized on a daily basis

• Monitor daily sales numbers while working with sales manager to ensure company goals are met

• Provide knowledgeable information regarding our products while providing a personal and enjoyable GEM experience
